Remembrance Day

Poppy Campaign

Every year, from the last Friday in October to Remembrance Day (November 11th), millions of Canadians wear a Poppy as a visual pledge to never forget those who served and sacrificed. The red flower also is the symbol of the Legion’s Poppy Campaign, raising funds to support Veterans and their families in need. We invite everyone to show their recognition by proudly wearing this symbol of Remembrance.
The Albany Medical Clinic is proud to support our Veterans by having Poppies available on-site for all who wish to wear one.
Donations to the Poppy Campaign are gratefully accepted and we thank you for supporting our Veterans.

Our updated Uninsured Services List is now posted on our website.  While OHIP covers the majority of your healthcare needs, there are services and forms that you as a patient will ask either your family doctor or specialist to complete for which you will be asked to make payment.
