Remembrance Day

Poppy Campaign

Every year, from the last Friday in October to Remembrance Day (November 11th), millions of Canadians wear a Poppy as a visual pledge to never forget those who served and sacrificed. The red flower also is the symbol of the Legion’s Poppy Campaign, raising funds to support Veterans and their families in need. We invite everyone to show their recognition by proudly wearing this symbol of Remembrance.

What Is PatientSERV?

PatientSERV is a Canadian service that helps medical clinics manage billing and payments for uninsured medical services — services not covered by OHIP.

These may include sick notes, insurance forms, prescription renewals without an appointment, medical record transfers, and other administrative services.

Through PatientSERV, patients can choose between an annual membership plan (PS365) covering a range of eligible uninsured services or paying individually for services as needed.

Participation in the annual plan is completely optional and does not affect access to OHIP-insured medical care.
